I appreciated the childcare service. It felt very convenient, even for toddlers. Concerts and shows for kids occurred daily. These activities were awesome. The multiple swimming pools provided different experiences, meaning we were never bored. The bracelet to access the rooms eliminated any need to think about keys.
The check-in process felt too long. I waited about 20 minutes in line. Spending another 10 minutes with the agent also added time.

The hotel has very clean and lovely premises! The bed offered superb comfort, a haven for restful nights. I also loved 'The Level' lounge. A treasure trove of complimentary beverages, including soft drinks, beers, champagne, gins, and coffee.

The grand suite was amazing. i highly recommend the hotel for this reason. the level lounge impressed me. It included complimentary soft drinks, beers, champagne, gins, and coffee. this was an excellent perk.
signposting throughout the hotel was not the greatest. this made finding locations somewhat difficult at times.

I found the hotel to be very clean. The pools were beautiful and there were many of them. Breakfast offered a wide array of food choices. All the facilities suited my family's needs very well.
I did find the signposting throughout the large hotel slightly confusing at first. It took a little while to get my bearings.

The grounds were lush and well kept. I especially loved the secluded spots I discovered. Our Family Suite 3 kids was spacious, a real treat. Breakfast offered a vast array of fresh options and the omelets were so delicious!
Signposting could be better. It's a large hotel and I found it hard to find my way around!

The pools were a highlight. There are several and so large that crowding was never an issue during swims. the buffet offered great variety and the food tasted fresh. the complex has a village style architecture and it looks very nice.
the hotel is large, so it can be challenging to find your way around initially.
